Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products manufactured?

The majority of our products are produced in the three leading textile manufacturing countries in the world – China, India and Pakistan. They are manufactured to our exact specifications, which ensures product consistency, quality and performance.

Do you have a product warranty?

We warranty that all our products will meet established specifications, exceed all required industry and manufacturing standards, be free from manufacturing defects and be first quality only. We stand behind our products 100%.

How long should my sheets and towels last?

Product longevity is affected by a number of factors including par levels, occupancy rate, processing procedures, product specifications, and product quality. Since most of our products are cotton rich, maintaining proper par levels will allow the fibers to restore themselves between uses.

What are the benefits of blended products over 100% cotton products?

Blended products increase wear life, reduce processing costs and reduce shrinkage. It is important to note that the loops of blended towels are 100% cotton. The loops provide the absorbency and thirstiness of the towel. The only polyester contained in the product is in the under weave of the towel.

How much shrinkage can I expect?

The amount of product shrinkage is greatly determined by the fabric construction and the amount of heat applied during processing. If processed correctly, blended products should not shrink more than 5-7% while 100% cotton products may shrink up to 10-12%.

What is the difference between cut size and finished size?

Flat sheets: The cut size is the size of the fabric before hemming. The finished size is the size of the fabric after hemming.

Pillowcases: The cut size is the size of the fabric before the folding, trimming and hemming that is necessary to make the pillowcase. The finished size is the size of the product after these manufacturing processes.

Only flat sheets and pillowcases are routinely described by the cut size. Our sheeting labels show both cut and finished sizes. Terry products and blankets are always described by the finished size.
