There is a full 90-day warranty from the date they purchased the machine. The following describes warranty coverage:
- 0-30 days: Full warranty of product. Customer is to return product to the retailer/wholesaler they acquired the product from
- Wholesalers will collect and replace product. They will return product to RDI once a minimum amount of product has accumulated and then debit RDI.
- 31-90 days: Full warranty of product. Customer deals direct with Coffee Pro representative.
- Coffee Pro representative will attempt to troubleshoot according to the below procedures. If problem can’t be fixed via troubleshoot process, then Coffee Pro will replace the product at our cost. We will elect to have the product returned or destroyed.
- 91-180 days: Limited Warranty. Customer deals direct with Coffee Pro representative.
- Coffee Pro representative will attempt to troubleshoot according to the below procedures. If problem can’t be fixed via troubleshoot process, customer pays the return freight, once we receive the defective product, we will ship and charge the shipping and handling fee of $5.95 to replace the product. In order to get a replacement, customer will have to send it back to RDI and pay the fees.
