The refrigeration system is optimized to function at 32~40F and has an Air Guard on the rear wall to ensure proper air flow and cooling. The evaporator fan stops when the door opens. Unit has incandescent light interior, 4 shelves per door section with 1" adjustable shelving heights and accommodates full size bun sheet pans. Has a door open warning alarm and is equipped with door lock.
